Acquisition Regulations

Various acquisition regulations govern the way the government can procure the IT supplies and services it needs, and ITAPS monitors those regulations to alert our members of possible regulatory compliance effects. With our member companies, we assess these proposals, determine if they will impact contracting in the federal market or the adoption of technology goods and services, and, when necessary, develop and submit comments to the rulemakers offering improvements to the regulation.
